Hi Katie,

1. Are you happy with your setup?
Yes, it is a set it and forget it feature.  Works with very little
failure/error.
2. What costs do you pay per transaction and per month?
We are paying 9-10% of what we collect in processing fees to PayPal.
3. Do you also use this method of taking payments for in-library credit
card transactions and/or donations via your website?
Yes, we use this method to take in-library credit via the Evergreen XUL
Client and plan on using it to take donations via our website in the near
future.
