[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Is anybody using the block list with the offline Web client?

Hi Evergreeners,

We have a lot of interest in using the block list feature with the
offline Web client.  I know there are some major performance issues
with large block lists [1].  Is anybody from a smaller Evergreen
instance using these successfully?  If so, I'd love to hear how it's
going for you.
