[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] Better option for cover art?

NOBLE uses Content Cafe, which we purchase through a bundle from EBSCO with
our NoveList Select service for the catalog.  We previously had the
original Syndetics, and the basic Content Cafe brought more images back
when we converted.
