[Evergreen-catalogers] Copy Tags

When I played with copy tags, I had to turn on a new flag "Enable Digital
Bookplate search" in Library Settings. The new search shows up in the same
dropdown menu as keyword, title, author, etc. It can be used as a keyword
search looking only at copy tags.
