[Evergreen-catalogers] Vox books and Wonderbooks

Hi,

NOBLE is cataloging Vox Books. We have found it difficult to use MARC
codes to clearly distinguish among some formats including the Vox books and
playaways, as well as some other. Additionally, as you pointed out, the
records are not coded consistently. So we have decided to use a local
field to code the search format and the OPAC icon for these formats. This
method has worked well for us so far. It helps that Christine Morgan has
also created a nice format icon for the Vox books, among others. She would
be happy to share the icons if others are interested.
