[Evergreen-catalogers] Multiple format icons was [Re: Vox books and Wonderbooks]

Janet,

Sorry for the delay in responding. I was out of the office traveling.

To get the book icon to display along with other formats I added the
content type of text (336) to the marc coded values definition of the opac
format icon for book.

Attached is a screen shot of the top of the Book definition.
