[Evergreen-catalogers] Pop up of past years' circ status not in web client

Hi all,

One of our librarians asked about this and as far as I can tell, we've lost
a little feature from XUL involving the ability to hover over the total
circs field in Item Status detail view that would list the historical
number of circs broken down by year.

I've filed a Launchpad ticket, if this affects anyone else.
