[Evergreen-catalogers] Rename bibliographic record notes?

Hi,

While reviewing bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/evergreen/+bug/1978978, a
question occurred to me: since the bibliographic record notes in question
are trending towards being staff-only and are explicitly outside the MARC
record, would it make sense to rename those notes to clarify their purpose?

I'm thinking of options like:

- record staff note
- record workflow note
- processing note
- workflow/process note
