[Evergreen-catalogers] Image uploader

We had that experience in Missouri Evergreen when we updated to 3.9.  I received this message repeatedly, but after about 30 minutes, the image would be there anyway. Not after a refresh (or two, or three...), but eventually.

Revisit any of the records where you have tried to upload images and see if the image has appeared. Also, as Jennifer points out, make sure that your permissions are correct.

Hello,

We are hoping you can help us.

We are on 3.10.1 (recently updated from 3.6.2) and cannot upload cover images, we get this error message:

Does anyone know a workaround for this? I do not see an explanation for this error in the documentation.
