[Evergreen-general] Regarding translations for 3.6

Hi,

For information:
The entire bootstrap catalog templates and much of the Angular staff client
interface has already been translated into Czech. Translations are
available in Launchpad and in POEditor and can be used for localization
testing in case of need.
