[evergreen-outreach] Annual Report proofing copy

Wed Apr 11 11:36:06 EDT 2018

I will have a slice of time between now and 2 (I'm on a migration call
right now) so I'm going to try to get a new doc out with feedback by 2
before my next pumpkin coach appears to take me away for a bit.
