[evergreen-outreach] Zoom meeting recordings storage limit

I moved the TEP board meetings that were on there to our Google Drive storage so that’s a few more removed 😊

Hi Tiffany,

It looks like when you delete the files, they get moved to "Trash" and are recoverable for 30 days afterward. So you should be safe to delete the newer meeting.

I deleted February RIG meeting recording, then I deleted both recordings from the "Trash" since they've been up on YouTube for a while.
