[Evergreen-reports] Filtering by MARC field

Thanks for the handout- it does a good job of explaining.  However, I want to filter by Rec Stat.  If it's not listed in the Evergreen reports, does that just mean it's not possible?  
 
Perhaps, I should just tell you what I want to do, maybe there is a better way.  We have some ebook titles that need to be deleted from the OPAC.  Ebrary said you can overlay their records, which have a "d" in Rec Stat (#5 of the leader).  Then you can search by that "d" and have a list of titles to delete.  Is there any way other than searching individual title by individual title?

Hi, Katie,

I have to check on the first one...I think it is a bit more difficult...but
as for filtering by the fixed fields (which creates the leader) that is not
quite so hard.

If you check out this handout I made a while ago, you will see an example
that uses "d" in the *form *fixed field:

When I have a chance I will look for an example on how to filter by
subfield.
